This policy covers pbcinspections.com, run by Leonard Ponce as PBC Inspections. The short version: we set no cookies, run no ads or ad trackers, and do not sell or rent anyone's information.
Analytics
We count visits with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that uses no cookies and does not collect personal data. It records things like the page viewed, the referring site, browser, screen size and approximate country. We also count clicks on phone, booking and inspector-website links as totals, without anything you type.
Forms
Our quote request form is currently switched off, so the site does not collect names, phone numbers or other details through a form. If we turn a form back on, we will update this policy first and describe exactly where your information goes.
If you email listings@ or corrections@pbcinspections.com, the message is forwarded by our domain provider, Porkbun, to Leonard Ponce's inbox. We use what you send only to answer you, handle a listing, correction or removal, and keep a record of that request. Ask us and we'll delete your messages unless we need to keep a record of a removal request.
Hosting and fonts
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like most web hosts, GitHub may log technical data such as visitors' IP addresses for security and operations. Our font is loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the font downloads. We don't receive or control those logs.
Links to other sites
Listings link to inspectors' websites, DBPR and other sources. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.
Selling or sharing data
We do not sell, rent or share personal information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with home insurance. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email corrections@pbcinspections.com.
Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
